01. Southwest College Team Season

1.  All team entries are non-refundable.

2.  All dates and locations are subject to change.

3.  Entries are due by the Deadline Date which is the Monday before every event at 5:00pm.   Any entry received after the deadline date will be subject to a $100 late fee.   Entries will only be taken where space is available.  Deadline for entry is 5pm the MONDAY before the event you are entering.

4.  Team roster must be emailed to gclifford@nssa.org no later than the Monday before each event by 5pm.  Changes will be allowed up to the Thursday before the event.  After that there will be a $20 charge for any changes.

5.  All team members must be current NSSA members to be allowed to be put into a heat.  Any membership received after the deadline date for entry for each event will be subject to a late fee.

6.  We are asking that you do not get any Airbnb or hotel that is non-refundable in case of changes because of circumstances out of our control.

7.  We will be using priority once the heats go down to 4 people and computer scoring.
